summer...

Before we have a baby in less than a month or so, some memories captured...

Sophia turned 7!

And had a pool party with some special friends.

Poor Lem just couldn't catch a break.

Look at that baby  belly!

Always a snuggler to snuggle even if it is 85+ degrees.

We made it back for a visit to Schroon Lake to see my side of the family. My lovely sisters and me.

Because the days are just meant to be lived together and outside with siblings.

My hydrangea finally bloomed again! Don't cut back in the fall for this particular species.

How Lemuel sets the table.

Asher faithfully has kept up with mowing the lawn. WHAT a blessing!

Ice cream.

This! Many Sundays this summer I put the kids to bed 'early'. Little boys are actually ready and needing sleep come that hour. While Asher and Sophia read quietly for an hour up in their beds, Gabe and I have a quiet later dinner date night in. DELICOUS food AND the comforts of home! It's all the date we ever need!

Laying down for a rest every day has now become pattern.

We opened another shop with these two. What an exciting journey and blessing to be part of this team.

First day

Nesting is always fun AND somehow really needed.

"Mom, this is what you call rearranging? Will you leave it like this?"

The tomatoes have been bountiful this year.

As well as the illegal purple loose-strife I took from the side of our road (JUST a favorite!).

Best helper in town.

Sophia becomes more beautiful by the day.

37 weeks pregnant. WOW! While I'm ready and excited for baby to come, I'm not so uncomfortable I'm ready this minute. I'm thankful for that. This pregnancy has been an awesome one. I'm enjoying these last few weeks with weird and random bursts of energy to get little projects done.

Best friends.

Summer you've been just lovely!
